The Creekview Varsity basketball team traveled to Terrell
tonight and shot lights out on the way to a 64-32 win. The team made a total of
10 3’s. Leading the team in scoring was DeAndre Abram with 15 points. Tre Kidd
had 12 while Destin Ogueri and Desmond Funches each scored 11. The win improves
the varsity record to 10-13 overall and 6-5 in district.
The JV put
on a strong second half showing on the way to a 53-26 victory. Brendan Arnold,
Keimone Davis, and Reynel Previlon all scored 8 points, while Conner Brubaker
had 7. The JV record is now 8-13 overall and 5-6 in district.
In the
freshman game, Creekview held on to beat Terrell 31-24. Ben Long led the team
with 10 points, and Aaron Davis scored 9. Their overall record is now 16-4 and
9-2 in district.
All
three teams play at home on Feeder Night Tuesday against North Forney in a big
district matchup.
