The Carrollton Creekview Boys Varsity basketball team
survived a rally by Bryan Adams and won their third straight game by 3 points
51-48. Leading scorers for the Mustangs were DeAndre Abram with 21 points and
Zuri Davis with 12. The varsity record improves to 14-9 overall and 7-2 in
district play.
The JV Mustangs continued their hot streak with a season high 82 points in
their win over Bryan Adams. It was a great team win as every player scored.
Leading the way were Ben Long with 14 points and Cameron Ardoin and Dorian
Stratford with 11 each. The JV record is now 18-5 and 9-0 in district.
The Creekview freshman completed the sweep over Bryan Adams with a 50-12
win. The freshmen were led by D’Emrik Bradford-Thomas with 14 points and
Marquell Phillips and John Hughes with 9 points each. The freshmen are 12 -7
overall and 6-1 in district.
The JV and varsity will continue district play on Tuesday at Loos Field House
against Thomas Jefferson.
