The Creekview Varsity boys basketball team concluded the
Allen Tournament with a 59-54 win over Rockwall. Scoring in double figures for
the Mustangs were Augustine Ene with 20 points, Tre Kidd with 14, and Micaiah
Livingston with 13. The win improves the varsity’s overall record to 8-7 on the
year. All three teams will continue district play on Tuesday at home against
Bryan Adams.

Creekview Results in Allen Tournament Day 2
The Creekview Mustang Boys basketball team played a very
good Rowlett team in the 3rd game of the Allen Tournament and lost a
closely contested battle 57-53. Leading scorers were Nate Bady with 14 points
and Augustine Ene with 12. Creekview will conclude the tournament tomorrow at
4:00pm at Ereckson Middle School against an opponent to be determined.

Creekview Results in the Allen Tournament
The Creekview Varsity Boys basketball team competed in Day 1
of the Allen Tournament today. In the opening game against Frisco Lone Star,
the Mustangs started slowly but fought back to send the game into overtime.
However, Creekview was outscored by 4 in overtime and suffered a 68-64 loss.
Leading scorers for the Mustangs were Augustine Ene with 32 points and Tre Kidd
with 14.
In the second game, Creekview rebounded with a 56-46 win over John Paul II.
Leading scorers were Augustine Ene with 16 points, Tre Kidd with 14 points, and
Micaiah Livingston with 10. The Mustangs will play at 4:00 tomorrow in Allen
against an opponent to be determined. The varsity overall record now stands at
7-6.

Creekview Opens District with Win
The Creekview Mustang Boys varsity basketball team opened
District 11-5A play with a solid 58-42 win over North Dallas. Leading scorers
were Tre Kidd with 21 points and Augustine Ene with 14 points. The win improves
the varsity overall record to 6-5 and 1-0 in district.
The JV
lost a close 61-57 game to North Dallas in their district opener. Scoring in
double figures were Jonathan Arce with 15 points, Marquell Philips with 14,
Jarien Arnold with 13, and Malcolm Bell with 11.
All teams
will have the mandatory 5 day Holiday Break off before the varsity plays in the
Allen Tournament on Monday, December 28th at 1:00 pm vs. Frisco Lone Star.

Creekview Results vs. Prosper
The Creekview Mustang Varsity boys basketball team traveled
to Prosper and fought back from an extremely slow start, but came up on the
short end of a 46-42 score. Leading scorers were Augustine Ene with 16 points,
Tre Kidd with 10, and Micaiah Livingston with 9. The varsity record now stands
at 5-5.
The JV
Mustangs lost to a very good Prosper JV team by a score of 68-44. Leading
scorer was Marquell Phillips with 16 points. Rocky Fraid and Malcolm Bell added
6. The JV record is now 2-10.
The
freshman Mustangs fell to Prosper by a score of 45-37. The freshmen were led by
BoMari Bell with 13 points and Tony Owens with 8. The JV and varsity open
district play next Tuesday at home against North Dallas with games scheduled
for 6:00 and 7:30.

The Creekview Mustang varsity basketball team traveled to
Mesquite to play a good Poteet team and came away with a tough 48-46 loss.
Leading scorers were Tre Kidd and Augustine Ene with 10 points each. The
varsity record falls to 5-4.
The Creekview
JV lost by a score of 43-25. Marquell Phillips led the team in scoring,
rebounding, and steals. The JV record is now 2-7.

Creekview Concludes CFB ISD Classic Tournament with Last Second Win
Ben Long hit a 3 pointer with 2 seconds left in
the game to defeat a scrappy Cistercian team by a score of 48-46 in Creekview’s
final game in the CFB Classic Tournament . Augustine Ene scored 19 points to
lead the Mustangs, while Long scored 10 and Tre Kidd scored 9. The varsity’s
record improves to 5-3 on the year. Creekview will next play at Mesquite Poteet
on Tuesday.

Creekview Loses Heart-Breaker to Mesquite Horn
The Creekview Varsity Boys basketball team played an intense back and forth 2nd Round game of the CFB Classic Tournament and missed a shot at the buzzer to lose by a score of 59-58 against Mesquite Horn. Leading scorers were Augustine Ene with 20 points, Tre Kidd with 13, and Nate Bady with 11. The loss moves the varsity record to 4-3 on the year. The Mustangs will conclude the tournament with a game against Cistercian tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 at Newman Smith High School.
The JV competed in the 2nd Round of the Prosper Tournament and lost by a score of 72-44. Jarien Arnold and Marquell Phillips both scored in double digits for the Mustangs. They will conclude the tournament tomorrow at 3:00.

The Creekview Varsity Boys basketball team opened the CFB
ISD Classic Tournament with a 73-44 victory. Leading scorers were Tre Kidd with
26 points, Micaiah Livingston with 13, and Augustine Ene with 10. The win
improves Creekview’s record to 4-2 on the year. Next up for the Mustangs in the
2nd Round is Mesquite Horn at 8:00 tomorrow night at Creekview.
The JV
opened the Prosper Tournament with a 53-42 loss to McKinney North. Marquell
Phillips had 19 points to lead the JV in scoring. They will play in Prosper tomorrow
night at 7:30.

Creekview Wins Hard-Fought Battle Against Wylie
The Creekview Mustangs Varsity boys basketball team survived
an intense, physical game and defeated Wylie 62-57. Scoring in double digits
for the Mustangs were Tre Kidd with 28 points, Micaiah Livingston with 11, and

In the JV game, the Mustangs lost a heart-breaker by a score of 47-46. Leading

The freshman Mustangs fell to an outstanding Wylie freshman team 47-19

The Creekview Varsity basketball team took on the undefeated
and state-ranked The Colony in a non-district afternoon contest today. In a
back and forth battle for 3 quarters, The Colony showed its senior-led
experience and pulled away for a 77-63 win. Leading the Mustangs in scoring
were Tre Kidd with 21 points, Augustine Ene with 15 points, and Ben Long with
10 points. The varsity record is now 2-2.
In the
JV game, The Colony won by a score of 63-46. Outstanding players were Jarien
Arnold with 16 points and 3 steals and Marquell Phillips with 9 points and 7

Creekview Sweeps RL Turner
The Creekview varsity boys
basketball team played at Turner this afternoon and returned with a 70-29
victory. Scoring in double digits for the Mustangs were Conner Brubaker with 12
points and Ben Long and Micaiah Livingston with 10 points apiece. The varsity
record improves to 2-1 on the season.
The
JV also came away with a convincing win by the score of 55-26. Scoring in
double digits were Tyriek Rivers and Johnathan Arce with 16 points each. The JV
record also improves to 2-1.

freshman team completed the sweep of Turner with a 55-33 win. Bo’Mari Bell
scored 14 points and Darrick Dillon had 11 to pace the freshmen. Their record

The Creekview varsity boys basketball team opened the home
season with a 69-52 win over Seagoville. Leading scorers were Augustine Ene

Season Opener Results
In a hard-fought battle against a very good Little Elm team,
the Creekview Mustang varsity basketball team opened the season with a 73-69
loss. Leading scorer was Micaiah Livingston with 19 points and 18 rebounds.
Augustine Ene scored 18.
In the
JV game, the Mustangs worked through some kinks as most of the players just
arrived from the football team. Despite losing to Little Elm, they developed some
needed chemistry that will benefit the team going forward. Tyriek Rivers scored
10 points and had 8 rebounds, while Jarien Arnold chipped in 6 points and 3
steals.
In the
freshman game, the freshman Mustangs
opened the season with a loss to Little Elm 62-40 . Leading scorers were Bo
’Mari Bell with 12 points and Adelston Canady with 9. All three teams play
their home opener Friday night against Seagoville.

Creekview's Season Ends with Valiant Effort
The Creekview Varsity boys’ basketball team put up a
tremendous fight against state-ranked Frisco Liberty, but came up short on the
scoreboard in a 57-45 Area Round Playoff loss. Leading scorer for the Mustangs
was Desmond Funches with 12 points. DeAndre Abram and Augustine Ene scored 9
while Larry Hughes added 7. It was an outstanding season for the Mustangs and
the coaching staff is extremely proud of every player. This team will be used
as a measuring stick and building block for future teams to come. UNITED WE

Creekview Wins First Playoff Game in 12 Years!
The Creekview Varsity
Boys Basketball team won their first playoff game in 12 years with a 55-46
Bi-District win over South Garland. The Mustangs jumped out to early 14 point
halftime lead. However, South Garland came storming back and tied the game in
the fourth quarter. That’s when Creekview showed outstanding composure with a
couple of timely baskets and an unbelievable 16/17 mark from the free throw
line in the 4th quarter. Scoring in double digits for the Mustangs
were DeAndre Abram with 17 points, Desmond Funches with 13 points, and
Augustine Ene with 10 points. Creekview will play Frisco Liberty in the Area
Round this Friday at a time and place to be determined.

Creekview Beats Smith to Secure 3 Seed in Bi-District Playoffs
The Carrollton Creekview Varsity Boys’ basketball team
put together an outstanding defensive effort and defeated Newman Smith 46-40 to
clinch the 3 seed in District 11-5A. It was a total team win as every player
showed the true heart of a Mustang in the victory. Leading scorer was DeAndre
Abram with 16 points. Also scoring in double figures was Augustine Ene with 10
points. The Mustang overall record improves to 17-12. Creekview will play South
Garland in Bi-District Playoff action at 6:30 Tuesday at Lake Highlands High
School.

Creekview Clinches Playoff Berth with Double Overtime Win
The Creekview Varsity Boys basketball team clinched their second
consecutive playoff berth with a double overtime 57-55 victory over Dallas
Hillcrest on Senior Night. Augustine Ene hit a 3 at the buzzer at the end of
regulation to send the game into overtime. The Mustangs then survived a
relentless Hillcrest team to battle to the win. Ene was the leading scorer for
Creekview with 19 points. Zuri Davis scored 13, Larry Hughes had 9 and DeAndre
Abram scored 8. The varsity finishes the district year tied for third place, so
they will play a seeding game against Newman Smith on Friday at RL Turner at a
time to be determined.
In the
JV game, the Mustangs concluded an outstanding season with a 49-33 win over
Hillcrest. That win secured an undefeated district JV record at 14-0. Their
overall record was 22-5. The team showed amazing improvement during the year,
and the coaching staff is excited about the future.
The
Creekview freshman finished an outstanding season as well with a 40-17 win over
Hillcrest. The freshmen were led by D’Emrik Bradford-Thomas with 14
points and Jaeden Boisseau with 13. The freshmen finished the season at 17 -7 overall.

The Carrollton Creekview Boys Varsity basketball team
suffered a tough loss at home to Dallas Conrad by a score of 44-37. Leading
scorers were DeAndre Abram with 20 points and Desmond Funches with 11. The loss
moves the varsity overall record to 15-12 and 8-5 in district play.
The JV Mustangs continued to roll with an 85-45 win, improving their
overall record to 22-5 and 13-0 in district. Ben Long led the JV in scoring
with 16 points while Zavier Ramirez, Dorian Stratford, and Hayden Ellis all
scored 15. All three Creekview teams will finish the regular season on Tuesday
night at home against Hillcrest. The varity seniors will be honored before the

It was a rough night for the Carrollton Creekview Boys
Varsity basketball team as shots weren’t falling and Woodrow Wilson played
outstanding. Wilson defeated Creekview by a score of 65-39. Leading scorers were

Creekview Beats Smith at the Buzzer!
It was an unbelievable night at Creekview gym tonight as the
varsity Mustangs and rival Newman Smith battled in a classic game for the ages.
Down 5 with 15 seconds left, DeAndre Abram made two three pointers, including a
bank-in at the buzzer, to give Creekview the 46-45 victory. Bedlam ensued as
the crowd erupted and the team mobbed Abram. It was an all-around team effort
from the Mustangs, especially on the defensive end. Abram finished with 20

big lead and cruised the rest of the way in a 50-40 district win over Bryan Adams
at Forester Field House tonight. Scoring in double digits for the Mustangs were
DeAndre Abram with 24 points and Tre Kidd with 12. The varsity record is now
9-7 and 2-0 in district play.
In the
JV game, the Mustangs beat Bryan Adams 72-56. Leading the way in scoring for
the JV were Nate Bady with 14 points, Ben Long with 12, and Zavier Ramirez with
10. The JV overall record improves to 11-5 and 2-0 in district.
The
freshman Mustangs opened district play with a win over Bryan Adams. Leading
scorer was D’Emrik Bradford-Thomas with 13 points.
All three teams will continue district play on Friday at
home versus Thomas Jefferson.

Creekview Opens District Play with Win
The Creekview Boys’ Varsity basketball team opened district
play today with a dominating 58-19 victory over North Dallas. The Mustang
defense didn’t give up a double digit scoring quarter throughout the game and
cruised to the win. Leading scorers were DeAndre Abram with 21 points and
Augustine Ene with 10. The varsity overall record improves to 8-7 and 1-0 in
district.
In the
JV game, the Mustangs came out with a close 47-46 victory. Leading scorer was
Dorian Stratford with 14 points. The JV record is now 10-5 and 1-0 in district.
All three teams will continue action Tuesday night against Bryan Adams at
Forester Field House.
