The Creekview Mustang Varsity basketball team opened the
second half of district by hanging on to a 40-37 win over North Dallas. Leading
the Mustangs in scoring was DeAndre Abram with 19 points. The Creekview varsity
record improves to 13-9 on the season and 6-2 in district play.
In the
JV game, the Mustangs continued their hot streak with a dominating 67-27 win. Tyriek
Rivers controlled the paint with a game high 15 rebounds. The JV record is now
17-5 overall and 8-0 in district play. All three Creekview teams will play Bryan
Adams at home on Friday night.
