It was a disappointing night for the Creekview varsity
basketball team as Wylie upended the Mustangs 50-48. Leading scorer for
Creekview was Ranjit Mason with 15 points. The varsity record is now 3-2. The
Mustangs will play at home Thursday in the first round of the CFBISD Classic
against Irving Nimitz.
In the
JV game, Wylie defeated the Mustangs 51-41. Leading scorer was Keimone Davis
with 9 points. Their record is now 2-3. The JV will compete in the Prosper
Tournament starting on Thursday.
The
freshman Mustangs continued their dominance by beating Wylie 56-18. Augustine
Ene led the Mustangs with 21 points, while Aaron Davis had 10. The freshman
record is now 4-1.
