The Creekview varsity boys’ basketball team cut an 18-point
second half deficit down to three with less than 2 minutes remaining, but could
not overcome some timely free throw shooting to a playoff-tested Richardson
team, who won 69-60. Leading scorers for the Mustangs were Destin Ogueri with
18 points and Desmond Funches with 15. The Creekview record is now 3-4. The
varsity will play at Hebron at 7:30 on Monday.
